Privacy policy

What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it.

Who we are

We are the tour operator named in the footer of this site, and we are the data controller for the information described here. Our contact details are on the contact page.

What we collect

When you enquire or use the trip planner: your name, email address, country, and optionally a telephone or WhatsApp number, together with what you told us about the trip you want.

When you book: additionally your passport details, date of birth and nationality — required for hotel registration, restricted-zone permits and your visa invitation letter — plus any dietary or medical information you choose to give us.

When you use the site: standard server logs, and analytics that tell us which pages are read. We do not use advertising cookies without your consent.

Why we hold it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote — our legitimate interest in responding to you
  • To deliver a trip you have booked, including bookings made in your name with hotels, airlines and permit authorities — performance of our contract with you
  • To meet legal obligations, including tax records and mandatory foreign-visitor registration in Pakistan

Passport data

Passport scans and identity documents are held encrypted, access is logged, and they are deleted automatically 90 days after your trip ends except where Pakistani law requires us to retain a record for longer.

We never send passport details, payment details or any other identifying document to an external AI service. Our systems strip that information before anything reaches a third-party model.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to run your trip: the hotels you are staying in, the airlines you are flying with, permit authorities where a restricted zone requires it, and our own guides and drivers. We do not sell data and we do not share it for marketing.

Transfers outside your country

We are based in Pakistan and your data is processed here. If you are in the UK or the EU, that is a transfer to a country without an adequacy decision, and we rely on your explicit consent and on contractual safeguards with our processors.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EU you have the right to access what we hold, correct it, have it deleted, restrict how we use it, receive a copy in a portable form, and object to processing.

Email the address on our contact page and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge, and you do not have to give a reason.

We will delete everything except records we are legally required to retain — chiefly financial records, which tax law obliges us to keep for six years.

Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies run only with your consent and can be withdrawn at any time. We do not run advertising cookies at present; if that changes, this page changes first.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, tell us first. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
