How to pay
We are going to be direct about this, because you are considering sending money to a company in Pakistan that you found on the internet. Card payments are not available to Pakistani operators — Stripe and PayPal do not operate here — so this is a bank transfer, and there is no way around that. What we can do is make it small, documented and reversible, and show you exactly who is receiving it.
Pay 30% to book. Settle the rest when you arrive.
On arrival in cash (USD, EUR or GBP), or by transfer 14 days before you fly — your choice You are never asked to send the full cost of a trip to people you have not met.
What actually happens
- 1
You confirm the itinerary
Once you are happy with the plan and the price, you tell your consultant to go ahead. Nothing is charged at this point.
- 2
We issue a formal invoice
An invoice number, the itinerary in full, the complete price breakdown, the 30% deposit due, and a unique payment reference such as PTP-2026-0417. It arrives as a PDF and it stays in your account on this site.
- 3
You transfer the deposit
Using whichever of the routes below suits your country. Quote the payment reference so we can match it the day it lands.
- 4
You send us the receipt
A screenshot or the transaction reference is enough. We confirm receipt in writing, usually the same working day.
- 5
Your trip is held and the paperwork starts
Hotels and guides are booked in your name, the visa invitation letter is prepared, and any restricted-zone permits are applied for.
Where to send it
Our details are below in full. An operator who will not show you their account details until you have committed is telling you something — we would rather you could check us against the register before you send anything.
Our receiving accounts are being finalised. Ask your consultant and they will send the full details in writing — we will not ask you to transfer anything to an account you have not seen documented first.
Who pays the fees. We absorb intermediary bank fees up to USD 30. Anything beyond that we will tell you about before you send, never after.
If the money does not arrive
International transfers occasionally sit with an intermediary bank for a few days. If five working days pass with no confirmation from us, chase it — do not wait politely.
Cancellations and refunds
| If you cancel | You get back |
|---|---|
| 45 days or more before departure | 90% of the deposit |
| 30 to 44 days before | 50% |
| 15 to 29 days before | 25% |
| Under 15 days | No refund |
| Your visa is refused (with the rejection letter) | 90% refunded |
That last row is deliberate. Pakistan suspended visa-on-arrival for 126 nationalities in January 2026, so everyone now applies for an e-visa in advance and refusal is a real possibility. It would be unreasonable to keep your deposit for something neither of us controls, so we do not.
